Terms of Use
Last updated August 15, 2026
Website information only
Website content is general business information and does not by itself create an advisory, procurement, agency, fiduciary, legal, accounting, tax, cybersecurity or other professional-services relationship. A client relationship is created only through an executed agreement.
No guaranteed savings
Examples, calculators, modeled opportunities and general discussions of savings are not guarantees. Actual outcomes depend on supplier terms, client decisions, usage, timing, market conditions, implementation and the agreed measurement methodology.
Client authority
Unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise, Calder Group has no authority to bind a visitor or prospective client, accept vendor terms, cancel services, commit funds or make purchasing decisions on the client’s behalf.
Third-party information
References to third-party companies, products, pricing, websites or market information may change and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or guaranteed accuracy.
Intellectual property
Calder Group website copy, original frameworks, graphics and brand elements may not be copied or republished for commercial use without permission, except where applicable law allows.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website to interfere with service operation, probe systems without authorization, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or business or misuse forms and automated interfaces.
Links
External links may be provided for convenience. Calder Group does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
Changes to these terms
Calder Group may update these terms as the website and services evolve. Continued use after an update constitutes use under the then-current terms.
Engagement agreements control
If these website terms conflict with an executed client agreement, NDA, data-processing agreement, statement of work or other signed contract, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
