Calder was built around a simple operating belief: the person accountable for the work should stay close to the work.
We are a human-led buyer-side procurement firm focused on software and AI commercial decisions. Clients work with real people who review the agreements, prepare the position, coordinate stakeholders and stay involved through execution.
Calder Group is a veteran-owned firm built around disciplined analysis, accountability, and measurable commercial results.
Talk to Calder
“My operating background comes from more than six years in U.S. Air Force logistics and transportation operations. The work demanded timing, documentation, coordination, clear ownership and follow-through.”
I founded Calder Group in July 2019. Today, I run the firm with that same discipline: prepare before the deadline, keep the facts straight, know who owns the decision and stay accountable until the work is finished.
Today, my team and I bring that mindset to SaaS and AI renewals. We do the work ourselves. We are not selling a procurement platform, and we are not handing clients into an anonymous delivery queue.

How we work when the contract is real and the deadline matters.
Renewal leverage usually gets worse as the deadline gets closer. We want the commercial position understood before urgency takes over.
Calder advises and supports the negotiation. The client retains purchasing authority and final approval.
We coordinate directly with Finance, Procurement, IT/Security, Legal and other client stakeholders rather than forcing a separate operating system around them.
Commercial pricing, supplier strategy, contracts and outcomes are not used publicly without permission. A mutual NDA can come first.
Established in 2019. Still deliberately close to the work.
Calder is designed for buyers who want senior attention, direct access and hands-on commercial execution—not another tool to administer.
