Information we collect
When you submit an engagement inquiry, Calder Group may collect information you provide such as your name, company, work email, role, approximate software spend, vendor count, upcoming renewals and the business issue you describe. Do not submit passwords, banking credentials, sensitive personal information or confidential contract language through public forms.
How we use information
We use submitted information to evaluate fit, respond to inquiries, prepare for prospective engagements, maintain business records, operate and secure the website and improve our services.
Campaign attribution
If you accept measurement cookies and arrive through a campaign link, we may keep campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers in session storage for that browser tab and attach them to an inquiry you submit. Rejecting optional cookies prevents this attribution storage and attachment. This helps us understand which campaigns produce relevant inquiries. We do not put your name, email or message in the website’s conversion event.
Advertising measurement
We use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether an advertisement led to a successfully submitted inquiry. Optional advertising storage and advertising user data are denied by default. Accepting measurement cookies allows Google Ads to use advertising cookies and measurement data to attribute inquiries. Analytics storage and advertising personalization remain denied. You can accept, reject or change your choice using Cookie choices on the website. We remember your choice in local storage for up to 180 days; a supported Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional measurement off. It may send cookieless measurement signals to Google, including page and device information. We do not send your name, email address, company name or inquiry message as conversion data. A random submission identifier helps prevent duplicate counting. Browser blocking may prevent measurement; the inquiry form still works.

Retention
We retain business inquiry and engagement information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legal and accounting obligations, dispute prevention and legitimate business records.
Security
Calder Group uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted through the website, subject to legal, security and record-retention requirements.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the website, service providers or business practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
