Confidentiality

Commercial information stays controlled.

Software contracts, negotiated pricing, renewal timing, usage, supplier strategy and leverage can all be sensitive. Calder’s process is designed to minimize what is shared and preserve client authority.

Mutual NDA before sensitive exchange

Confidentiality can be addressed before contracts, order forms, pricing, renewal calendars, usage exports or negotiation history are shared.

Minimum necessary information

The engagement should use the smallest practical set of commercial records. Passwords, banking credentials and unrelated personal data are not part of the standard starting point.

Client-approved transfer

Where a client has an approved repository or transfer process, Calder can work within it rather than forcing another technology rollout.

Supplier communications stay controlled

Calder does not contact suppliers, accept terms, cancel software or commit client funds outside approved authority.

Commercial outcomes stay private

Client names, logos, pricing, concessions, savings figures and engagement details are not used publicly without permission.

Outcomes are documented

The baseline and verification method should be clear before an implemented economic result is recognized.

Engagement

Establish the information boundaries first.

The initial discussion can remain high-level while confidentiality, scope and authority are defined.
